Since 1990 Norris Hall Studio has been making Time to Brush Clocks. It started with one design - a man in his robe with the toothbrush pendulum swinging in front of his mouth. It was hand painted and made as a lark by Norris to add to his creations that he was taking to a local craft fair. He put a price of $125.00 on it and it drew so much attention to his display that he knew he was onto something. It sold quickly. He went back to the studio and made more. This time adding a woman, a boy, a girl and a dog. They drew even more attention and sold out instantly. Over the years, the selection has grown and is still growing. And, since Norris doesn't have to hand paint each one any more, we've been able to reduce the price, too! They are still each hand-crafted to order, right here in Tennessee.
